Shipping policy

Please note, processing times are different from the shipping times.

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

All standard orders within Australia - $15.00 (overweight, oversized and bulky items not included. Standard Shipping is up to 5kg, anythingover my incur an extra shipping charge)
Live plant and organic material such as growing media - Unfortunately we are unable to ship to Quarantine State (WA, NT and TAS) - orders with plants will be shipped on Monday or Tuesday,

Free shipping for orders over $150 (overweight, oversized and bulky items not included)

Some orders may incur an extra charge due to it being oversized or overweight. You will be contacted in this instance and informed prior to the order going out.

Majority of orders will be delivered by Australia Post. Please note, at times there might be some delays due to a high volume of orders or problems from the postal service, this is outside of our control.

Please note, we do not ship to PO boxes, a physical address is required.

Pick-up

You can skip the shipping fees with free local contactless pickup at our home-based business in the Elizabeth East area. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 24 hours. We will send you an email / SMS when your order is ready along with instructions. Please ensure that the pick-up time is confirmed prior to coming, as we may be out on some occasions, or we might not have your order ready.

Our in-store pickup hours are usually 10am to 5pm on weekdays. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

If you would like to pick up your order on the same day, please email us and will do our best to accommodate you.

International Shipping

Please note, we do not offer international shipping at this stage.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from Australia Post which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 5 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact Australia Post, as this is out of our control. If you have issues, contact us at info.leafoffaith@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will do our best to investigate it for you.

If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info.leafoffaith@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

How is my order shipped?

Your order will be sent in a satchel, box or if a large item, such as a 20cm nursery pot, they might be simply bubble wrapped then wrapped with plastic.

If your order has plants, the plant will be placed in a box and taped to the box to avoid the any damage. There will be wrapping and cushioning around the plant to try and prevent any damage as much as possible. Plant orders will only be sent out on Monday or Tuesday, to avoid them been stuck at the post office over the weekend.

Delayed or lost orders?

In the first place, please contact Australia Post and try to sort it out with them. If that fails, please get in touch with us within 48 to 72 hours at info.leafoffaith@gmail.com. We will do our best to help you out. If your order is lost and a claim is submitted, you will replace your items once the claim is processed by Australia Post. Please note, this may take time and it is out of our hands.
