What currency is used on the website?
All prices are in AUD.

Do you ship internationally?
Sorry, at this stage, we only ship within Australia.

I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship orders within 48 hours.

You can use the tracking number to track your order. 
If you don't have a tracking number after 7 business days, please email us at info.leafoffaith@gmail.com

What if I receive my order damaged?
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info.leafoffaith@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Can I cancel my order?
You must cancel your order before it ships. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
Reach out to us as soon as possible, via our email address or social media channels. Our email address is info.leafoffaith@gmail.com. We will do our best to correct it before it ships. 

How long does shipping take?
We use Australia Post; this usually takes between 2-4 business day. 

If your order has shipped and it has been delayed, please contact Australia Post first before contacting us.
